To be eligible for citizenship in Dominica, applicants must fulfill one of the investment options listed below and meet the following criteria:

Citizenship applications from nationals of certain countries (Afghanistan, Chechnya, Iraq, North Korea, Pakistan, Sao Tome Principe, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Yemen) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. However, applicants who have been legal residents in other countries for at least 10 years and whose investment funds do not originate from the mentioned countries may be exempted from this assessment.
