WHY CHOOSE TÜRKIYE ?

REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for citizenship through the Türkiye Citizenship by Investment Program, the main applicant must fulfill one of the following investment requirements:
1. Purchase real estate with a minimum value of USD 400,000.
2. Make a fixed capital contribution of at least USD 500,000.
3. Deposit a minimum of USD 500,000 (or its equivalent in foreign currency or Turkish lira) into a Turkish bank account.
4. Invest at least USD 500,000 (or its equivalent in foreign currency or Turkish lira) in government bonds.
5. Invest at least USD 500,000 (or its equivalent in foreign currency or Turkish lira) in shares of a real estate investment fund or venture capital investment fund.
6. Commit at least USD 500,000 (or its equivalent in foreign currency or Turkish lira) into a private pension system, with a minimum holding period of three years.
7. Create employment opportunities for at least 50 individuals, as verified by the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services.
The main applicant can include their spouse, dependent children below the age of 18, and children of any age who are living with disabilities in their application for citizenship.
